Shipping Policy:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after your payment is authorized and verified. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. The estimated delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we do not offer international shipping, and we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

 

Returns Policy:

  • Return Eligibility: We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for the following items:
    1. Customized or personalized products
    2. Clearance or sale items
    3. Gift cards
    4. Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@truckgearnation.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  • Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact our customer support team at support@truckgearnation.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. Processing times may vary.
