TGN Limited Lifetime Warranty

Truck Gear Nation offers a lifetime warranty on its Hard Tri-Fold Tonneau Covers, ensuring they are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer.

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship that impact the functionality of the Tonneau Cover.
  • Structural integrity issues caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Failures of components (such as hinges, latches, or seals) due to manufacturing faults.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications or alterations.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic issues like scratches or fading.
  • Damage caused by extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Consequential damages or incidental costs.

Filing a Warranty Claim:
To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) and a detailed description of the defect. Truck Gear Nation will review the claim and, at its discretion, may repair or replace the defective Tonneau Cover with a new or refurbished one.

Shipping and Handling:
The purchaser is responsible for shipping the Tonneau Cover to Truck Gear Nation for warranty evaluation and repair/replacement. Truck Gear Nation will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced Tonneau Cover to the purchaser.

Disclaimer of Warranties:
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, both express and implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Truck Gear Nation is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Tonneau Cover.

Limitation of Liability:
Truck Gear Nation's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Tonneau Cover. Under no circumstances will Truck Gear Nation be liable for damages exceeding the original purchase price of the Tonneau Cover.

Governing Law:
This warranty is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New York, excluding its conflict of law principles.
